Paint and finishes are not covered by warranty. Tradesman Tools reserves the right to exchange or replace any individual part upon determining condition is not caused by misuse or predictable wear. General warranty is 30 days from date of purchase. TRADESMAN TOOLS REFUND POLICY Buyer will within 5 days from receipt of goods, notify Tradesman Tools that they intend to return goods for full refund. This notification must be received in writing by fax or e-mail including buyers contact information. Items being returned will be in unused condition in original packaging. Shipping/freight expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receiving returned goods meeting these conditions, Tradesman Tools will issue a full refund to buyer within 7 days.
